Thank you for participating in the return of the Helldorado Days Rodeo! The following information is intended to assist you as you arrive in Las Vegas to help make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We have been working for over a year to prepare for the rodeo and now we are turning it over to you! Hat’s off to the cowboys, cowgirls and all those that will be in Las Vegas May 13 – 16!!
· PARKING - from 1-15 take the Downtown Las Vegas/95 exit. You will be on the 95 Expressway. Take the Las Vegas Boulevard exit and make a LEFT hand turn onto Las Vegas Blvd. You will go to Bonanza (get in your right hand lane). Make a right hand turn onto Bonanza to 6th Street. Make a right hand turn onto 6th Street. You will park in the parking lot located UNDER the Expressway. You will make a right hand turn into the city parking lot. There is plenty of room in the parking lot to accommodate trucks and trailers but please be mindful not to block access in and out for other vehicles.
· REGISTRATION – you must register with the rodeo secretary upon arrival. The rodeo secretary’s office is located inside the fenced area on 6th Street. Staff and signage will be there to assist you.
· COWBOY/COWGIRL TENT – a tent has been provided for your comfort and convenience. Food and beverage will be provided for you prior to the start of each rodeo performance.

FRIENDS & FAMILY PARKING:
FREE parking:
· City of Las Vegas Stewart Parking Garage located on the corner of Fourth Street and Stewart. Free parking will begin Thursday, May 14 from 5:00 p.m. – midnight; Friday, May 15 from 5:00 p.m. through Sunday, May 17 at midnight.
· El Cortez parking structure located on the corner of Stewart Avenue and 7th Street.
PAID parking:
Fremont Street Experience parking garage (red garage) located on Fourth Street and Carson. $1.00 for each half hour/$10 maximum and 3 hours free with participating hotel properties.
· RV PARKING –
Oasis RV Parking has agreed to offer discounts to rodeo participants and spectators. You can contact them at 1-800-566-4707 or visit their website at http://www.oasislasvegasrvresort.com/
They are located on the South end of Las Vegas, approximately 11 miles from the rodeo grounds.
