Helldorado Rodeo

Helldorado Days Rodeo - opening night May 13, 2010

Opening night is devoted to the promotion of the heritage of rodeo by making it an event that showcases the future of our sport of rodeo. Our goal is to incorporate not only the sport side but also the historical celebration and pageantry of rodeo, involving our Rodeo Royalty and the Escaramuzas and Charros.

Events include: Barrel Racing, team roping, bull riding, mutton bustin.

Special events include: Mariachi Band, Charamusa, Pasofinos, Charros

Mutton busters, up to 20 first night and 6 every night of the PRCA rodeo.

Events limited to Bull Riding 18 contestants, Team Roping 12 teams and Barrel Racing 12 contestants, Mutton Busters 18 contestants.

Las Vegas Elks Lodge 1468 will be donating tickets to the rodeo performance for 200 at risk youth from inner-city schools .

Honoring the Helldorado Days Committee man of the year

Crown the Helldorado Days Queen/ Miss Rodeo Helldorado will begin her reign during Helldorado days.

Helldorado Days/Sahara Coin Treasure hunt for Gold-

Treasure Hunters will be visiting the rodeo to pick up the final clue Thursday night. All Helldorado clue stop contestants must be present on Sunday night for the additional treasures 2nd, 3rd place. Winner must be present to win.

Ticket prices for locals night is a special pricing of $10 for adults and children 10 and under FREE!
