1. HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION (the “Treasure Hunt”): You must visit the Elks Lodge #1468, 4100 W. Charleston Blvd., or any of the thirteen clue stop sponsors located on our websites at www.elkshelldorado.com, and www.saharacoins.com.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States. Must be 21 years of age or older. The Finder may be required to execute an affidavit swearing to compliance with these eligibility requirements. Elk members, Helldorado Committee members, sponsors, their immediate
families and household members, and their employees participating in the creation of this Treasure Hunt are not eligible to enter.

3. PARTICIPANT CONDUCT: Organizer /Sponsor reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Participant who (a) tampers with the entry process or in the participation in, or operation of, the Treasure Hunt, (b) violates these rules, or; (c) acts in a disruptive manner with the intent to annoy abuse, threaten, or harass any other Participant or person. The medallion is in a place accessible by the general public, and not in a dangerous location such as under water, on a ledge, mountain top, or in a cave. If the location of the medallion is in a place of business, it will be accessed during the normal business hours of said business. If it is located on public land, it will be accessible during normal hours only of aid State, Local, or Federal lands. Destruction or destroying any real or personal property is not necessary in order to find the medallion or otherwise participate. Organizer/ Sponsor expressly forbid any such conduct. By participating, Participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Organizer/Sponsor, which shall be final in all respects on all aspects pertaining to the Treasure Hunt. Organizer/Sponsor have complete discretion to interpret these Official Rules and any other aspect of the Treasure Hunt, and expressly reserves the right to refuse to award the Prize to anyone who in Organizer/Sponsor’s discretion is in breach of these Official Rules or otherwise fails to satisfactorily establish their eligibility to participate or win.

4. HOW TO CLAIM THE PRIZE: When you have secured the medallion you must present it to Mark or Cheryl Scott (Treasure Hunt Committee Co‐Chairs) @ Sahara Coins, 7293 West Sahara Avenue, Suite 106 or call 702‐367‐4360 and follow the prompts.

5. COLLABORATIONS: If you have collaborated with other persons in your efforts, each of the finding participants must comply with all of the foregoing requirements and execute all of the required documents. Collaborators must also release Organizer /Sponsor from any liability in connection with their agreement among one another, and if Organizer/Sponsor incurs any costs or expenses, including legal expenses, in connection with collaborators’ agreement, all collaborators agree to deduct from the prize the amount of any and all such costs and expenses jointly and severally.

6. PRIZE: Ten‐thousand US Dollars ($10,000) in gold for first prize. The 2nd and 3rd place prize will be determined by a drawing. Any registered clue card with a minimum of 12 or 13 clues answered correctly, in the judges’ opinion, will be eligible for the second prize of $3500.00 in silver which will be awarded in a drawing on May 16, 2010 at the Helldorado Rodeo. After the 2nd place drawing, any registered clue card with all 13 clue stamps (no answers required) will be entered into a drawing for $1500.00 in silver. Must be present to win. All judges’ rulings are final and not subject to review.

7. GENERAL: All materials and submissions to Organizer/Sponsor become property of the Organizer/Sponsor and will not be returned. Organizer/Sponsor accept no liability for submissions, correspondence, or attempted verifications that are late, lost or otherwise misdirected, or not submitted in accordance with these Official Rules. If the medallion is not found by the End Date (May 15, 2010), Treasure Hunt Organizer will retrieve it. No transfer or substitution of the Prize is permitted. Organizer/Sponsor has made efforts and taken reasonable steps to ensure the medallion remains where it is hidden until found by a participant.

8. ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS: By entering, participants (a) agree to be bound by the official rules and the decisions of the Organizer/Sponsor which are final and binding in all respects; (b) agree to release Organizer/Sponsor from any and all liability, loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in this Treasure Hunt and searching for the Medallion, as well as awarding, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of the Prize awarded herein and acknowledge that Organizer/Sponsor have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Medallion or the Prize including, but not limited to, its quality or fitness for a particular purpose; and (c) consent to the use of his or her name, photograph, and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Winners must make him/herself permanently accessible for promotional appearances in person, photo or video for a period equal to one year following the winning of 1st, 2nd, or 3rd prize.

9. DISPUTES: This Treasure Hunt is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Nevada, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Treasure Hunt, participants agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between parties, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Treasure Hunt, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Clark County, Nevada have jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participants be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including attorneys’ fee, other than participant’s actual out‐of‐pocket expenses (e.g. costs associated with entering), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. By participating in this Treasure Hunt you agree that all decisions made by event organizers are final. If you disagree with any decision made by said committee, you agree to arbitration and must bear the full cost of said arbitration.

10. PUBLICATION OF FINDER: After the End Date of the Treasure Hunt, the finder’s name will be published on the website.

11. ORGANIZER/SPONSOR: The Organizer of this Treasure Hunt is Las Vegas Helldorado Days in conjunction with Sahara Coins. A full list of sponsors and all 13 clue stops are available on‐line at www.elkshelldorado.com and www.saharacoins.com.
